MISSION

Hope City Empowerment Church is a ministry dedicated to promoting balance in the life of believers. We believe in presenting the transparent love of Jesus Christ and the move of the Holy Spirit in a free-flowing environment that compels men and women to give their lives to christ, as written in Romans 10:9

Our Passion is Helping God's people find their purpose through the Word of God, and in a way that ignites a desire for a relationship with him and life transformation. We believe in the great commission as written in Matthew 28:18-20. We strive to empower believers by teaching marketplace principles, marketplace strategies and relationship development: through the word of God, while promoting family, fellowship and the spirit of excellence.

  • We believe the love of God is not limited to a particular race, color, or gender. We embrace God’s people as they are and wherever they may be found in the crossroads of life. It is our hope that through our services and interaction, they will desire to follow Christ and his commandments.

 

  • We pride ourselves on operating with a spirit of excellence as outlined in 1 Corinthians 14:40 – “But everything should be done fitting and in an orderly way.” (NIV)

 

  • We cultivate an atmosphere of transparency, love and safety to fully promote holy living and life transformation.  By creating this type of atmosphere, we believe that individuals who join our ministry will adopt the culture of our ministry.

BELIEF

  • We Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ for eternal life through His death and the power of His resurrection.

 

  • We Believe the Bible to be God’s word and the revelation of His will to man and accept it as our rule for faith and conduct.

 

  • We Believe Christian fellowship, mutual edification and evangelical effort, in the form of local churches, is God’s ordained order for His people.

 

  • We Believe each church is to assemble together for worship, fellowship, counsel, and instruction in the Word of God, and the work of the ministry.

 

  • We Believe each church should exercise the gifts and offices provided for in the New Testament to obtain the Christian goal, “Be ye therefore perfect even as your Father in heaven is perfect.”

 

  • We Believe God has called and anointed us to emphasize the fullness of the Gospel through the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.
